JJJPK Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JJJPK platform located at jjjpk.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and JJJPK. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all JJJPK services including sports betting, roulette, Teen Patti, virtual sports, and all other games available on the platform. They apply regardless of the device you use — whether mobile, tablet, or desktop.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open a JJJPK account and participate in any betting activity on the platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJJPK does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, and automated bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee of JJJPK, nor a close family member of such an employee.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any national gambling self-exclusion register.
• You confirm that online betting is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. JJJPK reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a valid CNIC — to verify your identity at any stage.

Age Verification

JJJPK takes underage gambling very seriously. We may request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within 72 hours of the request will result in the suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Management

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on JJJPK. If you are found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different identities — all accounts will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JJJPK login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. JJJPK will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Account Currency

All JJJPK accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied on the platform.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours as our security team completes the necessary checks. JJJPK reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Failed Transactions

JJJPK is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or incorrect payment details submitted by the player. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

JJJPK regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and special promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) will be stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• JJJPK reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bets placed using bonus funds do not qualify for the JJJPK Refer a Friend programme rewards unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus rules — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or creating multiple accounts — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

06 Betting Rules

General Betting

All bets placed on JJJPK are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you accept the displayed odds at the time of bet placement. JJJPK reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error or data feed failure.

Sports Betting

JJJPK covers a wide range of sports markets including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and more. Live betting (in-play) is available on selected events. All settlements are final once confirmed by our trading team. Disputes regarding sports bet settlements must be raised within 48 hours of the event result.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amount across all markets is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. JJJPK reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players based on betting patterns.

Cancelled & Void Bets

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the scheduled completion time, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to in-play bets already settled prior to the cancellation. Full details are available in the sport-specific rules available in your account area.

07 Fair Play Policy

JJJPK is committed to providing a fair and transparent betting environment for all players. Our platform uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino-style games. Odds for sports markets are set by our professional trading team using verified data feeds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JJJPK and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automated betting software, bots, or AI tools to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or spot-fixing on any sports event
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions
• Any form of money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions

08 Responsible Gaming

We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

10 Limitation of Liability

JJJPK provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and error-free at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. JJJPK shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or bets resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues on your end
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers

In all cases, JJJPK's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11 Suspension & Termination

JJJPK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes
• The player's betting activity poses an integrity risk to the platform
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information
• Continued operation of the account would expose JJJPK to regulatory or legal risk

Players who wish to voluntarily close their JJJPK account can do so by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus balances are not refundable upon voluntary closure.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

JJJPK reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email and a platform notification. The updated Terms will display the new effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of JJJPK after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to arrange the closure of your account.
